Press the Board for a restructuring proposal that corrects the stagnation in the Group-B cadre and improves the promotion prospects of promotee officers.

Mofussil Representation
Adequate region-wise voice for mofussil charges.
Quarterly Mofussil Visits
Visits to mofussil CCIT charges to consolidate demands.

Coordination with the CHQ and with ITEF for the best results.

Grievance Redressal
Direct monitoring of members’ grievances through a dedicated mobile app.
Grievances Tracked to Closure
A register of every grievance received, placed before the Executive Committee, with the outcome reported back to the member — no representation left without an answer.
Transferring Protection
Protecting members’ interests, especially during transfers.
Disciplinary & Vigilance Support
Standing with any member facing proceedings, ensuring a fair hearing at every stage and arranging guidance, so that no member faces the process alone.
Retiring Members’ Welfare
Pension papers, gratuity and settlement dues processed before the date of superannuation, and continued contact with retired comrades.
