Under Article 27 of the Constitution, the executive body of a Unit shall have not fewer than fifteen and not more than seventy posts. Additional posts of Vice President, Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary and Executive Committee Members will be created and provided to members of outstation charges.

What each office carries
President
Presides over all meetings of the Association, and represents and leads it on ceremonial, social and official occasions.
Vice President
Assists the President and performs the functions of the President in the President’s absence or under the President’s direction.
General Secretary
Convenes meetings, circulates decisions and minutes, maintains records, and conducts all correspondence on behalf of the Association.
Additional Secretary
Assists the General Secretary and discharges those functions in the General Secretary’s absence.
Joint Secretary
Assists the General Secretary, and discharges those duties in the absence of both the General Secretary and the Additional Secretary.
Finance Secretary
Controls the funds and accounts, operates the bank account jointly with the President or General Secretary, collects subscriptions and places audited accounts before the General Body.
